Use the email connected to the relevant account, tenant record, application, or message. Do not include a Social Security number, bank password, payment-card number, government ID image, or screening report in this form. We may ask for limited additional information to verify identity.
Appeals and timing
If a request is denied, submit an appeal with the original reference and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. RentalHome HQ records the due date, resolution, and operator responsible for the response. A verified request does not override records that must be preserved for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting duties, or another legal obligation.
